The Void is a meditation on absence and presence. It explores the space where form dissolves and meaning begins. Structured through geometry yet open in its center, the composition creates a tension between containment and release, where the eye is drawn inward, only to encounter a quiet, unresolvable stillness.
Rooted in the language of Islamic geometric patterning, the work reflects a continuous negotiation between the physical and the metaphysical. The void is not emptiness, but a space of potential, where memory, perception, and spiritual presence converge without fully revealing themselves.
In this way, the painting becomes both an object and a threshold, inviting the viewer to pause, to look beyond structure, and to sit within what cannot be fully seen.
The void is not emptiness, but a space of potential.
